Steeped in History…

In 1896, the small town of Marshall, Michigan welcomed a new granary mill and factory into their community. Since that time, the spaces have exchanged hands with many loving owners, most recently as Oerther’s, a beloved and successful garden center.

We are humbled and overjoyed to be the new caretakers of this exceptional property, and bring about a “rebirth” so the entire property can live up to its full potential and service the community with loving hands.

Since November of 2022, we have been working to transform these spaces into a haven of gathering with a wide array of opportunity - from a European-style gourmet market, to light bites and brews, to a curated garden center, and finally, an industrial-chic space and greenhouse to celebrate special events led by a women-owned business with over 20 years of event industry experience.
